Hello everyone, I am Hope a Kenyan lives in Ghent Belgium, I'm 28yrs and am a single mum to lovely princess who's 6yrs.

 

I suffered depression for years, after I saw lotte Vandaele post on Facebook about RTT therapy she can help someone from Depression, sleeping and stop alcohol etc,

my first step was to whatsapp her, we made appointment and 6th October we met and she did her work perfectly.

 

Before if I sleep alot is 4hrs but with her wonderful therapy I now sleep 7hrs without sleeping pills or wakeup middle of the night, am very happy for sleep like a baby, my body is active and no more Headache.
